The room was brand-new and comfortable. the staff was helpful and friendly. - the location was convenient, close to downtown, Ponta Negra beach area, and tourist attractions in Manaus.

I truly enjoyed 2 nights there. Actually, the room was brand-new and exceptionally nice, it also had a shower, a hairdryer, and towels. The location was marvellous as for me. Industrial district was worth exploring.

the hotel was nice, enjoyed garden view from our standard double room. the room we had included climate control, multi-channel television, and a mini bar fridge. the breakfast was excellent and there was a wide array of good food. the location turned out to be marvellous and particularly good, just off downtown, the ponta negra beach area or turist interests, and the ponta negra beach area. it also was pretent to be called restaurant.

The location is fantastic, close to supermarkets, the market, and a museum just a mile away.

ibis exceeded my expectations during this stay in manaus. staff were very helpful. bed comfortable, room and bathroom clean. shopping mall next door a bonus.

We enjoyed our romantic escape in this budget hotel. The staff was accommodating and always willing to help. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and the proximity to a shopping center and public transportation.

There were some issues during our stay. The air conditioning was loud and we had trouble finding electrical outlets to charge our devices. Additionally, the breakfast offered was limited and the dining options in the area were limited. it was a decent option for the price but there were definite areas for improvement.

Damp and unpleasant smell Unfortunately, the hotel has damp and an unpleasant smell that seems to permeate everything. the furniture and bedding feel damp to the touch, and the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

Located near a port, this hotel is a great base for travelers embarking on Amazon River cruises. the restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes and the wet, lush surroundings are breathtaking. Though slightly removed from the center, the staff are friendly and happy to arrange transportation. the room is clean, comfortable, and adequately equipped, while the bathroom is modern and spacious. Guests enjoy a daily breakfast, and the free Wi-Fi and computer access are a plus.

The pool is small.

The location of the hotel, although far from the city center, is really close to Novotel, another hotel from the Accor Hotels Chain, which is way better, but a little bit more expensive. There is also a shopping mall next door, providing convenience. the staff were very helpful and the rooms and bathrooms were clean, with comfortable beds.

The restaurant at the hotel had terrible food, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
